We are able to cater for every format of service or repair required to meet individual contract needs from quarterly, six monthly or annual checks.
Maintenance and repair visits take place Monday to Friday 8am to 5pm unless special arrangements have been made. Emergency visits can be covered outside these hours, including public holidays by prior arrangement.
Asset and maintenance records are kept on all equipment attended, enabling detailed analysis for budget and purchasing requirements. Full supporting service records including certificates where required, such as LOLER and PAT Testing, are issued.
Quotations are provided for the specific equipment to be serviced/repaired prior to a contract being raised. We clearly state the service we are offering and what is included in the price. We guarantee customer satisfaction from initial contact through to completion of the service/repair, or we will work with the client free of charge to reach a satisfactory conclusion.
On Demand Maintenance
We know that annual contracts do not suit every client and with our flexible approach, we can accommodate ‘on-demand’ and one-off service requests.
